Tag Team is a hands-on workshop designed for postpartum couples who want to slow down, reconnect, and learn practical ways to care for one another during one of life's biggest transitions.

This experience is all about both partners giving and receiving care. You'll take turns learning massage techniques, practicing stretches, and creating intentional moments of connection that you can continue at home long after class ends.
